A geothermal exchange system provides heating and cooling for both the Conoco gas station and Wendy’s restaurant.  Underneath the parking lot there are 42 bores holes extending 400 ft. beneath the earth’s surface. The heating & cooling from this system provides snow melt for the gas pumps and car wash, hot water for the restaurant and convenience store and space conditioning.
