A&A - Tree House

2500 square-foot office building in downtown Golden. Project obtains LEED™ cerification. Geo-Energy Services provided building commissioning. This project utilized 10- 225 foot boreholes, connected to a two-stage high efficiency geothermal heat pump units with ECM fan motors. The geothermal heat pump units selected utilize the environmentally friendly refrigerant 410A. As part of the commissioning process, the daylighting feature will also be functionally tested.
